Vietnamese cryptocurrency company suspected of ICO fraud $660 million

According to Coinjournal, Modern Tech in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is suspected of committing an ICO fraud to 32,000 people, involving a total amount of US$660 million. Local news publisher Tuoi Tre reported that dozens of fraudulent investors gathered in front of Hyundai’s corporate headquarters to discuss and request a refund. The manager of the company’s building stated that the company had disappeared a month before the incident.
