Russia will establish a blockchain-based national intellectual property registry

According to Valeriya Brusnikina, deputy director general of the “National Intellectual Property Registry”, Russia will establish a national intellectual property registry based on the blockchain. In June, the National Intellectual Property Registry will start operations in Russia, and a digital platform based on blockchain technology will protect all types of copyright.
